Special Tomato Juice

15 pounds of tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
4 Tablespoons salt
3 Tablespoons celery salt
1 teaspoon Tobasco sauce
 
Do not peel tomatoes, cook tomatoes thoroughly, strain.  Add rest of ingredients to steamed juice and boil 8-10 minutes.  Put in sterilized jars and seal.  Process in pressure cooker, 5# pressure, 15 minutes for pints, 20 minutes for quarts.
